What is Create & Communicate?
Create & Communicate is the newest addition to the Creative Spaces family, now fully settled into its new home. Run by the Aldingbourne Trust, this community-based day service offers social connection, structure, and life-skill-building activities for those accessing it via referral or privately.
We run two daily sessions featuring a range of activities like crafts, cooking, gentle exercise, and community walks. These are designed to promote independence, healthy living, and wellbeing, with all activities tailored to individual abilities and needs.
Our Aim
Our main goal is to have fun, share laughter, and enjoy time together, often ending sessions with a quiz or favourite songs. Everything takes place in a relaxed, inclusive environment where people can reconnect with old friends and make new ones.
